How we do it

Our collaborative process begins by deeply immersing ourselves in the world of our clients and any stakeholders they identify. Through our EPAM framework, we gain valuable insights into their culture, pain points, and change strategy. We use this insight as the foundation of our problem-solving approach, ensuring that our solutions and recommendations are not just innovative but also deeply rooted within the culture of the organization.

During this phase, we’ll conduct an landscape assessment that will take a look at external and internal factors that can promote or hinder change. We assess the organization’s culture by reviewing its mission, values, vision and strengths.
Using the opportunities identified through Exploration, we develop plans, processes, and systems to facilitate and manage change. These recommendations could include things such as staff development and procedure creation.
We use these Plans to create key performance indicators to measure the short-term wins that lead to lasting change.
We ensure Plans include options that help our clients adapt to roadblocks or challenges that create distractions.
